Located in front of Klamath Union High School is this dedicated tree which contains a plaque near its base that reads:

KIRA L. SCHEFSTROM
CLASS OF 1992

The only information I could find online for Kira was that she was born in 1974 and passed away in 1995 at the age of 20.
