Long Description:
From T15S R10E S32 [T16S R10E S5] SC 1/4 COR (WAYMARK WMMV3R) continue E. In 0.20 miles, reach a gate in a barbed wire fence which extends E and S. Keep to the N of the E-W fence line. Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present standard corner bears N89.1°E from WAYMARK WMMV3R, 2655' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a steel pipe in a mound of stones; rising 5"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is just N of the fence line. Found a western juniper and a ponderosa pine each with a scribed, partly-healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. The corner is marked with a wooden lath stake. In addition there is an orange Carsonite post with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals.

What property is this mark defining?:
Land to the S is private property, else Deschutes National Forest. The corner is on the Third Standard Parallel South. See also Oregon Corner Restoration Record, Index File No. 0303, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office.
