Dette højdefikspunkt af typen universalbolt er placeret i den østlige facade, nær det sydlige hjørne af Ejendommen Nordborg, Adelgade nr. 18 i Randers.

En universalbolt er fremstillet af galvaniseret støbejern. På oversiden er den mærket med krone og GI. Etableringsformen er benyttet ved detailnivellement efter 1930.
