Long Description:
The parish church dedicated to St Remigius (a 5th century Frankish apostle) sits at the western end of the village alongside the busy A1066. The church is a mixture of ages from its Norman nave, Decorated period Chancel to various Perpendicular and later additions. The presence of a round tower is normally a good sign of an old Norfolk church, however this one has been periodically restored and enhanced notably by the addition of the octagonal top in the Victorian era.
