Long Description:
This statue includes two playful dogs that almost seem to be playing "patty-cake". They are displayed near the rose garden, behind the humane society (near the pet cemetery).

The narrow plaque reads:

"Tribute to the zeal and devotion of Homer D. Angell.
To Humane Work."
Breed: Mixed breed.
