«Philomène Terrace
Honoré Robillard, député, construisit cet immeuble et lui donna le nom de sa femme (Philomène Barette). Plusieurs citoyens notables d’Ottawa l’ont habité, dont le poète Archibald Lampman.»
The text on the plaque, affixed to the front of the Philomene Terrace, reads as follows:
"Philomene Terrace
Honoré Robillard, M.P., constructed this terrace, named in honour of his wife (Philomène Barette). It has been home to several prominent Ottawa citizens, including Archibald Lampman"
