Long Description:
"1033 East Walnut Street; built 1924-1925 by Dr. James Fulbright, physician, in the American Colonial Revival style. One and one half story gable roof house built of ceramic tile with a red colored brick facing or veneer. The facade is symmetrical with five bays and a centered entrance. On the east elevation is a frame sun parlor with a flat roof. All window openings have six over six light sash. The house retains its original character." - Historic District Nomination

The house is in very good condition and has been converted to a child advocacy agency offices.
