Located within Derby Reach Regional Park at the first site of Fort Langley. The survey disc is found along the Fort-to-Fort Trail next to a monument for the original Fort. The Fort-to-Fort Trail runs along the Fraser River from the first site of the Fort to the current location of Fort Langley.
