Long Description:
The water slides and attractions are now gone. The future of the waterpark and surrounding area is currently the subject of major discussion, debate, and rumor within the local community. Repeatedly vandalized, much of the park now sits in relative ruins. As of August 2009, there is little remaining of the waterpark. However, many believe that the park is still salvageable and some degree of hope nevertheless persists in the current owners, who are still trying to decide what to do with what remains of the site itself—as well as with the surrounding land on which the park resides.
