Long Description:

This windmill, A Perkins, is pained in bright colors to draw your attention, is located on the courthouse lawn.
Main St. & Court St.
It is between the veterans memorial and a THC marker to a dedicated Sheriff (Robert E. "Bob" Martin), who lost his life in the line of duty, in 1911.
Many historic markers in town, and the desolate panhandle life style is evident.
I am guessing, but put here as a sample of the windmills used to draw water to the cattle.
