Long Description:
The building is presently Cobblestone Health Care, Farmington Family Practice. It was, at one time, a home for adults. The building was constructed between 1835-1840. Only the front remains of cobblestones, the rest is made of rubble stone and is covered with scored stucco. Many additions have been added on over the years.
The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
