Long Description:
This geodesic dome forms the outside roof of a planetarium roof. The
planetarium is run by the College of San Mateo (CSM). The inside dome is forty feet across. The planetarium has Digistar3 SP2 HD dual projectors, capable of projecting more than 8,000 stars.
The geodesic dome is clearly visible from above.
Posted coordinates were calculated by averaging two coordinates taken on opposites sides of the planetarium.
