Long Description:
This is just off of the highway to Silver Falls State Park, and literally has no one living with a half mile. The sign says it was opened in 1898, and along with the adjacent unused two room schoolhouse, is still in reasonable repair. This grange is likely to remain active for some time, as evidenced by a caretaker who lives on-site.
