Long Description:
The old Twilite Drive-In is now a thing of the past, but Saginaw, MI wasn't about to let this sign fall by the wayside.
Now located across the street from its original location, the Twilite Drive-In Theater's neon sign continues to shine. An exterior wall at a home theater electronics store, called The Listening Room, had been painted to look like how the Drive-In's screen looked from the street, then the sign got mounted to the wall. The effect borders on appearing like a trompe l'oeil.
Thanks again, must go to Thomas Mudd, who'd been given one hour to haul it away before demolition began, for salvaging this beautifull old neon sign.
