Long Description:
This flag is attached to a single flagpole in front of the Pleasant Hill City Hall. The flag has a blue background with the City Seal of Pleasant Hill in the center. The seal is outlined by a cord. The Words - Corporate Seal of the City of Pleasant Hill - Cass Co. Mo. surround the outside of the central portion of the seal. The central portion of the seal has a steam locomotive and train. In the foreground is Justice with scales.
