Dette højdefikspunkt af typen Bolt, er placeret i den vestlige facade af portnerboligen ved Nyvangsskolen ud mod Rindsvej. Fikspunktet er placeret ca 10 cm. fra bygningens sydlige hjørne

En universalbolt er fremstillet af galvaniseret støbejern. På oversiden er den mærket med krone og GI. Etableringsformen er benyttet ved detailnivellement efter 1930.
