Long Description:
It was raining that day so we didn't run over to get a close look at it, but it looks like a Marvy Model 55, or maybe a 77, with rotating pole in glass but no light, either top or bottom.

It's in front of The Barber Pole barber shop, which occupies part of the old IOOF (aka the Oddfellows) building, which was constructed (according to the sign on the front) in 1901.
