Long Description:
There are approximately 4300 inhabitants on 119 ha.
Zoeterwoude-Dorp is divided into the districts of:
Burgemeesterswijk
Bloemenweide
Vogelweide
The hamlet Zuidbuurt is within walking distance to the South side of the village.
On the South side of Zoeterwoude-village is living and working community Swetterhage, an institution for about 300 people with intellectual disabilities.
On the west side of the village is the main road N206 (connection Zoetermeer-Leiden).
