The building 'Fischmarkt 5' in Speyer, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz, also known as 'Kutscherhaus', has received a local Historic Preservation Award in 1978/89.

The award was given by the City of Speyer for 'Facade Competition' (Fassadenwettbewerb). Several exemplary old buildings in Speyer have received this award.

This is an historical half-timbered house which facade has been exemplary renovated.
