Long Description:
This benchmark is on top of a rock outcrop in Macauley Point Park, about 17 m north of benchmark 25-1948, and wouldn't be accessible at high tide. It isn't listed in MASCOT, and I haven't been able to find any information about it. The marking on it is 607 with the number 3 above it, and the year 1983.
