Holy Trinity Catholic Church is located in downtown Evansville, IN on 3rd St between Court St and Vine St.
Holy Trinity was the second parish to open in Evansville in 1849. That building stood for over 100 years until it burned to the ground in 1950 after being struck by lightning. It served as the Cathedral from 1965 after the closing of Assumption Church and served as such until the designation was moved to St Benedict's in 1999.
