Long Description:
Mama Blaster's mother's grandparents Lee Peter and Neva (Helms) Orsburn (and children) left Arkadelphia before 1900 to move to Knox Co. TX. After a few years in Knox Co. and a year in Brown Co. (near Brownsville), in the mid 19-teens they settled in Floydada TX. We come back to Arkadelphia from time to time to do sporadic genealogy research on the Orsburn-Helms branch of the family.

This marker and several other items of historical interest can be found at the courthouse, located at 4th St and Crittenden Streets in downtown Arkadelphia.
