Long Description:
The Masonic Hall now known as the Southland Masonic Centre was completed in 1926. It was the third hall for the Masons in the city. The building was designed by architects Broderick and Royd in a Greek Revival style. The brick building features old fluted doric columns. The building is sited on an elevated location adding to its dominate appearance.

The building is listed as a Category I building on the Heritage Register.
