Long Description:
The Blackman Building is a Category II building on the Heritage Register. The building was constructed in 1880 as a commercial retail building. The building is noted for its distinctive black swan on its roof line. The building appears to be in fair condition and has a noodle shop in one half and the other half appears to be vacant and not in use.
