Quick Description: This monument, 250' north of Sarah Ave., is inside a fenced in area on the west side of Old Wire Rd. marked "Historical Marker". It is easily viewable, but you cannot get right up to it. Parking can be had in the empty lot just north of the monument.

There is apparantly an inscription on the back, as well, but I wasn't able to access the monument directly to verify that, because of the fencing around it.
