Long Description:
The memorial appears to be newly placed. It has a central pedestal with a sculpture of an eagle on top. There are flag poles for each branch of serve. Behind the central pedestal are three black granite stone monuments inscribed with veterans names, service and era service.

It is in front of what appears to be former armory. Now used as extension service at the north entrance to the town of Buffalo.
