Long Description:
The church built in 1902 was originally dedicated to St James a Church of England Church. It was later sold at a low price to the Roman Catholics. The stone arch at the gate apears to predate the 1902 church and seems to be original, with a shield SJ near the apex, indicating an earlier church on this site. Tower houses one bell.
Church is Grade II listed-http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-333984-church-of-our-lady-and-st-james-worsbrou
