Long Description:Built in 1930, these two cabooses are located on the Lachine Canal National Historic Site of Canada between the canal and the bike path, near Lafleur and Gauron bridges in Montréal.
During the summer 2010 and 2011 they were used as a no charge bicycle repair shop. Two technicians were not only repairing bikes but were also teaching bikers how to repair their own bike. (

The cabooses had many other uses in the past, in particular: information center, snack bar, workshop.
I have found no specific information on the type of caboose. My best guess would be that it is a Cupola "Standard" caboose.
