Vitznau is a municipality at the Lake Lucerne. It is best known for the base station of Europe's oldest cog railway. I could not find any special information about the flag; it is located directly at the lake and many inhabitants used to be fishermen in the past, but this is true for most of the neighboring municipalities as well.
