A really nice old building, nobody knows who the bank was that built this structure but they allowed a CBM to be cut here.
The OS Benchmark website has the following description:
Location - TQ18546687, Mark Type - Cut Mark, Description – 160 Ewell Road NW Face 0.4m N Ang, Height – 32.9013, Order – 3, Datum – N, Year Verified – 1970, Metres above Ground – 0.5.
Go to 160 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey KT6 6HG and turn down Langley Road. Past the main entrance to the former bank you will see the CBM on the wall to your right.
