Long Description:
This fire station has 12 personnel working the retained duty system and has one pumping appliance and has primary responsibility for some 7,000 hectares, 27sq.ml. It is part of the Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service. There is a hose drying tower to the rear, and a large exercise area where regular emergency practice is carried out including emergency opening of crashed vehicles.
The Emergency Call Box is located on the front of the building, the usual 999 number is required to call Fire, Police, or Ambulance.
So far 83 incidents have been attended during the years 2010/2011.
