Long Description:
I’m not sure if the handful of Granite residents even know the population of this small unincorporated Iowa town, but a tourist will want to slow down here, anyway. There’s a nice little historical village with lots to see especially during the annual Threshing Bee and Tractor Pulls in July. Granite is found on 125th Street in the far NW corner of the state.
