This Museum was founded in 1953 and is Italy's largest science museum. It is located in a former monastery. The Museum collection is comprised mostly of items which retrace Italy's technolical landmarks...such as in communications (Marconi). The Museum also has an area devoted to 3-dimensional models of Leonardo Da Vinci's many blueprints for many projects....from bridges and helicopters to weapons.
If you are going to go see Leonardo's Last Supper in Milan...make a point to come to this Museum which is just a block away.
