This historical marker about General James Miller, is located along General Miller Hwy in the Town of Temple in New Hampshire. General James Miller was born in 1776 in Peterborough, NH and he died in 1851 in Temple, NH. He was a lawyer, career military man and a civil servant. The Miller State Park, the oldest state park in New Hampshire, was named after General Miller.
