Long Description:
The memorial is in Memorial Park. It sits in the middle of the entrance to the park. On the 5 ft granite stone are the seals of the Army, Navy, Marines, and Coat Guard, Air Force and Merchant Marines. The park is located between a fire station and Rocklin's city hall.

 Marker Text: "This memorial is dedicated in memory of all the men and women from the Rocklin area who made the sacrifice to protect our lives and property while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States of America.
We stand in deep appreciation for the liberty we enjoy and we stand in honor of their memory.
You shall never be forgotten.
We will remember."
