Long Description:
This river gauge is attached to a stone wall beside a small park in New Richmond. There is a set of steps leading down from the road to the gauge. Above the gauge there is a vertical sign that reads "New Richmond on the Ohio".

The gauge itself is still quite a bit above the river hence the high numbers on the gauge.
