Long Description:
The disk is located at the NW corner of Vinnedge Avenue and Fairfield Avenue.

It is set in concrete flush with the ground and is stamped City of Fairfield 99-017.

It is near the center of a landscaped treelawn, approximately 8 feet west of the west curb of Fairfield Avenue, 8 feet north of the north curb of Vinnedge, approximately 3 feet east of the sidewalk, and 6 feet SW of the SW edge of a driveway.

I found this one while out for a walk.
