Our mission is to locate and identify sites of tragic air disasters. We wish to tastefully identify these sites, which teach us some of the lessons that make air travel more safe for current travelers. We should also remember those who lost their lives in these locations as well.

I've been interested in accident sites since I stumbled on a crash site in the Smoky Mountains. We made a tough desert hike up to the Warthog Down Waymark/Geocache location in 2003.

Uncle was a pilot and shot down in WWII flying a P51B Mustang. Was a POW, but came home to tell us frightening stories.
