This Simulacra is one I am very familiar with. It is located on a window in an office building where I used to work. I first saw the image back in 1995 when I was hired here. We would take our smoke breaks several times a day and would view it with amazement. I am of the belief that is an image of “The Madonna”, no, not the Material Girl, but the Holy Mother of Christ.
