Should have either a main / front gate sign, or a plaque / historical marker for former installitions. If there is a visitor center or museum, than please post those coords as well. If there is an annex not attached to the primary facility, that would be treated as a seperate location. Again, DO NOT establish any WM that will get others arrested. Some countries are sensitve to having the facilities 'marked', so you need to know what the laws are for the area being identified.
