Long Description:
This little park was dedicated in 2012. It consists of a grassed area with a concrete walkway across and a concrete pad in the centre supporting a pair of stone benches facing the stone containing the park name and another, larger stone, flanked by seven flags and bearing the following inscription:

Until You're Home Again.

Dedicated to all of the
men and women who
have honorably served
their country in the
Armed Forces of the
United States of America.
May those who made the
ultimate sacrifice never
be forgotten.

Description of Memorial:
Large flat inscribed stone in a small park. We had no idea this park, nor this memorial, was there. Happened to see it while driving by and slowing down for the fore hall.
