Long Description:
Joseph City is a small community of about 1,400 people, located in Navajo County, Arizona, It is located on Interstate 40 (Route66) and Old Route 66 (Frontage Road) approximately 80 miles east of Flagstaff.

The sign is made from steel, has stylised wheels at its base, I guess to represent the wagons used by the pioneering founders.

From Wikipedia:
"Joseph City was settled in 1876 by colonists from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This band of 73 pioneers was led by Captain William C. Allen. They travelled to the Little Colorado River basin of Arizona. Joseph City was one of four Little Colorado River colonies. The other colonies were Brigham City, Sunset, and Obed. Joseph City is the only remaining colony." Text Source: (visit link)
