Description of Memorial:
The Sierra Hills Pet Cemetery has a special plot set aside near the entrance that is named the Garden of Valor. Here rest military and law enforcement dogs. At the foot of the plot is a large granite marker with the K-9 Promise on one face and a tribute to all military working dogs on the other face. It is a poignant reminder of the sacrifices of what is fondly referred to as man's best friend, in the service to their country.
