Long Description:
It may well have been the "Erie" tribes that would have used this magnificent specimen of a tree. Fishing in the area has always been good and the terrain easy to cross.

When your GPS points straight to the side you should find a path that will take you down a short hill and to a creek. The tree is off a bit to the right and can be seen from the bend in the creek. May be a little hard to get to in the spring when the water is high.
