Long Description:
The view from the Gatlinburg Space Needle is a 360° panorama of the City of Gatlinburg & the Smoky Mountain National parks. There are four free to use distance binoculars, on the massive open viewing deck.

"The Smoky Mountains, a subrange of the Appalachian Mountains, straddle the Tennessee & North Carolina border in the Southeastern United States. The Smokies are best known as the home of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the most visited national park in the United States. From our observation deck, you will be provided a full panoramic view of these beautiful mountains who take their name from the smoke-like fog which rises from them.

Mount LeConte, the tallest mountain in the eastern United States at 6,593 feet from its immediate base to its highest peak, is easily discernible from the Space Needle’s observation deck, providing the best possible view of this towering mountain and the scenic beauty surrounding it."
