This is the Salt Mine (German: Salzbergwerk) in Stetten, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. it has its own entry at the German Wikipedia.

The mine was founded in 1854 and is still in use. It's the oldest salt mine in Germany, which is still in use.

They have 70 employees and they produce 500,000 tons of salt each year.

The salt mine belongs to 'Wacker Chemie'.
