Long Description:
This building is an English Heritage Grade II listed building. It was designed by Mr R C Reeves, the County Court Surveyor to an Italianate design.

It is set back from the road which at the time would have been to allow carriages to pull up outside it. The large date stone is between the first and second floor together with the words County Court.
