Long Description:
There are plenty of monuments in Portugal to those who fought the Colonial Wars, but this is the most impressive I know. The whole roundabout was designed to host the monument, as one can understand by looking at it in satellite imagery. But the core is the bronze soldier, carrying an automatic gun (HK G3). Around him, the coat of arms of all the Portuguese former colonies on the second half of 20th Century.
