FOUNDED 1739. GEORGE WASHINGTON
AND CONTINENTAL ARMY ENCAMPED
HERE 1777, AND 1779-1780. MAJOR
IRON-PRODUCING CENTER IN THE
NATION DURING 19TH CENTURY.

MORRIS COUNTY HERITAGE COMMISSION"

According to Wikipedia (visit link) Morris County is the eighth wealthiest county in the United States. The county comprises 481 square miles and has a population of 492,276. The largest city is Parsippany..but the County seat is Morristown.
