Auto, Motor and Bicycle Association Austria (ARBÖ)

The car, motor-cyclists and Austrian Federation (ARBÖ shortly after the early-term workers Bicycle Federation of Austria) is an Austrian Traffic Club, which represents interests of motorists. It is equipped with approximately 460,000 members, the second largest association of its kind in Austria (after the ÖAMTC). He was on 30 April 1899 as the Federation of Workers' Biker clubs established in Austria in Vienna and has evolved over the decades into a service organization for members. The ARBÖ is a founding member of the Association of European Automobile Clubs (EAC), based in Brussels.

Roadside Assistance and Technical Services
Among the short number 123 of the ARBÖ breakdown service is available throughout Austria. With 450 in-house technicians, the Austrian road network is managed. The aim of the ARBÖ roadside assistance is to reach the onward journey by own car.
Furthermore, results of in-vehicle services throughout Austria ARBÖ technical issues-such as § 57a-assessments (MOT checks) due to its current total of 93 study sites.

Additional product safety passport
With the additional product safety passport (charter) members can protect the ARBÖ on Europe in the geographical sense and in the Canary Islands to expand, Greenland and Madeira.

information Service
The ARBÖ operates its own information service for traffic and tourism, which provides among other things, the ORF Teletext with traffic reports (page 431).

ARBÖ has the following safe driving centers:
Vienna - Kagran
Salzburg - Straßwalchen
Styria - Ludersdorf
The center stone with Arnold in Carinthia was closed in 2008.

Members receive the magazine free ride regularly.
